Michael Palin: Another point of view!
Mon, 2008-08-25 20:20
![]() Okay, per kisch's advice, I'm going to expand my literary horizons and perhaps get a more rounded view of Graham. I got myself lathered up after reading The Pythons Autobiography by Bob McCabe, since dear old Graham came off looking so bad in that book. I didn't think his apparent drubbing was quite fair, especially since Graham wasn't around to give his side of things. I ordered Michael Palin's Diaries, and I can't wait to hear things from his point of view. I have so much respect for him, not to mention I think he's the biggest cutie pie (did i just say that?) Learning, learning, learning... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Votes: 0 Tags: Michael Palin, Graham Chapman, diaries ![]() Lady April oh yes you did

just say that you baaaaad girl! :D The thing about Michaels perspective through his Diaries is that he really reveals a human side of himself in having his opinions but being as unbiased and as understanding as possible. You will really enjoy his stories of Graham :^) ![]() Lemming_Of_The_BDA Wow April

aw
I'm so flattered to be partly responsible for your literary education LOL
Really, Michael's diaries (at least the first volume) is a must for any Python fan.
I read and re-read them all the time. He has brillian writing style and I love his attitude to things and life in general.
