I have been through an awful time here in England, working as an au-pair has turned into hell and i am leaving soon. I actually just endured this terrible family because I wanted to see Terry in Cheltenham, so I went there to meet my friend, Paul, as well. We actually got to know each other after the lecture of Complete and Utter History in June this year and we stayed in contact and became close friends. Paul and I were sitting behind the town hall in Cheltenham, we talked and suddenly I saw Terry walking... and I persuaded Paul that we should talk to him. The lecture was just incredibly funny and so interesting... I also saw his girlfriend, and believe me - I know some have spoken badly of her here! - but I was right,... they are the perfect couple!!!!!!!!!!! She is so sweet and caring.. and I felt really sorry for her that people think that it is not alright... please listen!!!! It is... They really belong to each other!!!!!!!!! So, I am going to post the photograph we have taken soon.. He's really "the nicest"... And Anna is very kind, and they seem to work well together. I'm really glad you got to talk with them!!! I'm really very sorry that it didn't work out for you in the UK (I was following the story on your MySpace), but try to think positively, there is no paradise on Earth (or anywhere, for that matter:)). I hope you don't get disappointed in the whole country just because you were unfortunate to meet some unpleasant folks there...
And still I also do hope you will be able to visit London for Python events ! Because we just have to meet and see Terry together !
